what's inside
honey 200g, 100% single-origin acacia honey from Romania, cold-extracted, never heated, never blended.
tea 40g, chamomile & lavender tea. certified organic, from Hamburg. enough for ~12 cups.
how to brew
- 13-18g of tea per 1 litre of water
- water at 100°C
- steep for 5-10 minutes
on the honey: stir it in only after the tea has cooled below 40°C. above that, heat breaks down the enzymes and the more delicate flavours. if you're after sweetness alone, any time is fine.
